I had a great stay at GHL Hotel! Breakfast options were delicious, especially the local dishes. The staff, especially David, were super attentive. My only downside was the slightly aging room, but overall, it was solid for the price!

I enjoyed my stay with a super helpful staff that truly made my experience special. The shower was refreshing, and the bed offered a great night's sleep before my early flight. Plus, the central location made it easy to explore the nearby nightlife and restaurants!

The air conditioning struggled to cool adequately, with temperatures not dropping below 25°C (77°F), which made sleeping uncomfortable. Additionally, transportation arrangements fell flat, with an earlier scheduled airport pickup going unnoticed, leading to a late influence on my arrival experience. The TV in the room required troubleshooting, and overall communication regarding these amenities could be improved significantly.

The breakfast was superb, with indulgent pastries that kickstart your day. Staff were incredibly polite and made our short night before an early flight cozy and relaxing. The large room and comfy bed sealed the deal for a restful stay.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is great for exploring local gems. We visited Las Araucarias and Parque Ucumari for some stunning nature views. The breakfast was solid with plenty of options, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Definitely recommend staying here for a fun group getaway!

One downside was that the gym was on the smaller side, which made it tricky when everyone wanted to work out together.
